Maison Charlotte Felix works with major international delivery companies, such as La Poste, who collaborate with local couriers to deliver your order directly to you. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
It takes between 1 and 4 business days to process your order. Delivery time is typically 5 to 14 business days, though some orders may take 3 to 4 weeks due to international import barriers and customs procedures. You will receive a tracking number within 4 to 5 days after your order has been shipped, sent to the email address provided.
During the holiday season, from Black Friday to Christmas, shipping may be delayed by 2 to 4 days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Due to the global crisis caused by the avian flu pandemic and unusually high shipping volumes during the holiday season, carriers are experiencing increased delays. Currently, shipping times may range from 1 to 4 weeks in some cases. Our team is working closely with carriers to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by extended shipping times and thank you for your continued loyalty and patience.
You will be charged after your order is placed and all payments have been verified and approved, but before the order is shipped. There may be a delay between the day you are charged and the day your order is shipped. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
When you place an order with Maison Charlotte Felix, your package will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the address is correct, as Maison Charlotte Felix is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Once your order has been processed, we cannot change the address or delivery route. In the event of an error due to an incorrect address, Maison Charlotte Felix will not be able to send a replacement package or issue a refund.
Maison Charlotte Felix is not responsible for unclaimed packages due to personal reasons such as customs clearance issues, incorrect contact information, inability to reach the address, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the customer. If a package is not claimed in time and is subsequently destroyed, Maison Charlotte Felix is not responsible. Additionally, if a package is lost or stolen, Maison Charlotte Felix is not responsible.
If a package is returned to Maison Charlotte Felix for reasons including non-payment of fees, duties, or taxes, an incorrect address, or being unclaimed at the post office, you will need to email maisoncharlottefelix@maisoncharlottefelix.com to arrange reshipment, and you may be required to pay all postage costs.
If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the carrier concerned. We use the tracking link timestamp and carrier delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests and may not be able to honor your request if it is not reported.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the products for defects or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make a claim unless you notify Maison Charlotte Felix in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products. The risks associated with the products are transferred to you upon delivery. Maison Charlotte Felix is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages delivered to the address indicated when ordering.
All delivery times are provided as estimates and exclude customs clearance times and any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, inclement weather, labor disputes, or demonstrations. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.

We begin working on your order immediately. This involves sending the items to our warehouse and preparing them for international shipment. You only pay for the items shipped, plus shipping and taxes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We only ship on business days, which exclude Saturdays and holidays.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may extend up to 10 days during holiday periods or for orders with popular items facing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped as soon as stock availability is confirmed. For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partner locations.
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied when the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Maison Charlotte Felix has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for import duties and return shipping costs. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
